Imani Milele

Imani Milele is a Christian organization on a mission to rescue, educate, develop, and improve lives of Uganda’s orphaned and most vulnerable children. They currently serve over 3,000 Ugandan children. Nina fell in love with the Imani Milele kids last spring when the traveling choir came to Community of Faith church. The children’s choirs from the church and the Imani Milele choir had a combined concert and Nina, who helped with the children’s choirs, first got to know the Imani kids there as they sang together. She also hosted a number of different Imani kids as they came through the area several times over the spring, summer, and fall.

Foundation For His Ministry

Nina has been to the FFHM property in Vincente Guerrero, Mexico twice. At that site, there is an orphanage, macadamia nut farm, and processing facility, school for physically challenge kids in the community, an outreach program to the surrounding area (Nina’s favorite), and much more. Nina loved playing with the kids and giving them spoonful’s of peanut butter and glasses of milk to drink.

Community of Faith Church

Nina was part of this original church plant eight years ago and she was heavily invested in many areas of the church. She was an active contributor on the worship team, service projects, youth group, children’s choirs and anywhere else there was a need. She loved her church family very much.
